Lefkada’s FOOD EXPO interest call closes on 26 October
Lefkada Chamber members who want their products shown at FOOD EXPO 2027 have until Monday 26 October to say so. The Chamber plans to take part together with the Region of Ionian Islands, and is collecting responses so it can book space early and plan a single shared stand.
The invitation published on 22 October is an expression-of-interest call, with submissions open since 19 October. It does not mention a participation fee, a subsidy or how space will be divided between firms.
Vertzami and ladopita among the products
The attached form has a box for wine from local varieties, naming Vertzami, and one for ladopita and traditional sweets such as mandolato and pasteli.
Other boxes cover olive oil and table olives, honey (thyme and other varieties), dairy products, and fish and local delicacies, plus a space for any other product. Producers tick what they want shown and add a short description of what makes it distinctive.
October deadline, March exhibition
The local deadline falls five months before the exhibition. The organiser’s current programme gives 20–22 March 2027 at Metropolitan Expo. The Chamber says the early call is needed to plan the layout, book space in time and design a single stand.

Send the product-selection form to the Chamber
Interested members should fill in the attached Word form and email it to [email protected] by 26 October. It asks for the business or producer’s name, a contact person, a telephone number and an email address, then the product choices and a short description.
